1. How long will the program last?

It is designed to span over 4 weeks, ensuring a comprehensive and focused journey through preconception nutrition and lifestyle. The live session dates are February 20th, February 27th, March 5th, and March 12th. Sessions will be held virtually from 5:00-6:00 PST.

2. What is the time commitment and cost?

The program requires a commitment of four hours per week for live class sessions. Additionally, participants are encouraged to dedicate time to integrate information, make lifestyle shifts, meal plan, and share their experiences with their partners. Bonus time for journaling! The cost to participate and gain inside access to materials is $249.

3. What if I need more help than group coaching?

If you find that you need more personalized support, 1:1 coaching packages are available. Together, we can explore options tailored to your specific needs. However, it's important to note that this course is structured to address foundational aspects, and many clients who faithfully follow the protocol experience successful conception within 3 months if there is no underlying condition.

  • I grew up on an organic vegetable farm in Rural Vermont, and food has always been a source of healing in my life since I was born. I realize how much of a blessing this is and it’s had the most profound impact on my health, my career, my pregnancies, and now my family and their health.

    I’ve been practicing as a Nutritional Therapist since 2016 and was drawn to women’s hormone and gut health from day one as I, like many in alternative health come to their calling by feeling fed up with personal health challenges. Diving into gut health and nutritional endocrinology led me to the path of fertility and working with women of childbearing age. In 2019 when we were preparing to grow our family I was shocked by the lack of clear evidenced and up-to-date guidance on how to prepare for a nourished pregnancy and beyond. This is when Artichoke was born!

  • My dream is to see women embark on healthy and energetic pregnancies and to feel grounded & nourished during the transition to parenthood.

    My hope is I can reduce some of the questions and confusion that I felt before I started down our family planning route. As a nutritional professional I was blindsided by the lack of clear information I could get my hands on when thinking about my preconception phase, and I was deeply saddened by the general nutrient recommendations for pregnant and lactating women.
