As a direct result of working with Anna, we make better and more informed dietary choices and eat higher quality ingredients/foods, which in turn has improved our health and well-being. One specific example to show just how effective Anna is is the wheezing issues of my now 3 year old. After a cold, he would often require steroid breathing treatments, and his doctor said he was very close to being diagnosed as asthmatic (with its set of daily medication).
